Shipping

• Domestic: Free shipping across India (Prepaid & COD).
• International: Charges based on order weight, calculated at checkout.
• Taxes & Duties: International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes. No returns/cancellations on international orders.
• Dispatch Time: Orders ship within 3-7 working days.
• Receiving Orders: If the parcel is damaged or tampered with, record a video, take images, and email us before accepting the package.

Payment

• Prepaid & COD: COD available for orders up to ₹10,000 (India only).
• International Payments: Prepaid only via major cards, PayPal & PayU.
• Cancellations: Allowed within 24 hours of order placement via email or call.
• Credit Notes: Valid for 3 months and redeemable once on our website.
